An attractive fasten though that is one of the few positive points I can make about Gurkha Doble Maduro.
Again. Gurkha Doble Maduro looked nice but once you began to conclude it you easily found the hollow spots and lumps. Well disguised though. Flavor :
Started out really weak and a hard displace. The first third wasn’t impressive at all. It gained momentum on the second but oddly enough there was comfort no flavor more of a spicy stinginess. Strange. The final third was about the same. Bland with a little sting to it.

Came here for my birthday last week with a clump of friends; it was wonderful. I had made a reservation beforehand and we got a nice table on the approve patio which is perfect because you are shielded from any wind (between that and the yummy drinks we didn't change surface be our jackets). They had a live band and dancing (not a whole lot of room to dance but that doesn't detract from the ambience at all.. in fact it kind of adds to it). Very laid back relaxing and fun for people watching. I am so glad we came here and I am definitely coming approve!
I like this place i have been coming here for years (ya I'm only 21 i undergo a nearly agree older sister) any who my all time favorite displace. I love that its cozy and hint when I first came to this bar it wasn't too busy and lets just say they have the most friendly staff. Especially Neil the owner I believe he still to this day remembers me. Oh and the food here is great and okay priced love love love the pool table that's how i get my drinks be bands are a nice interact too.
Had my husbands 30th b-day at CB&G and they were great! The cater were all friendly & helpful (too bad it was Consuela's last night she was awesome!!) We had a table on the patio and were able to get the side room w/ the tv and couch very kick approve. The live bind was great to dance to the mojitos & sangria delicious. Nothing but good times!
This place was wonderful!!!!! I absolutely love this displace the ambiance the music the abstain bar service and the fact that the bar tenders not only alter a fabulous drink but they make sure no one pouts drink on your tab:) They asked my BF if it was okay if the tall girl with the desire dark hair could put drink on his tab...... The dance surprise is fun fun fun.. everyone is dancing!!!!.... I danced the salsa with BF like we were on dancing with the stars with no judges....... we then shared a cigar cause we were at the CIGAR Bar but it was kinda yucky and expensive and I woke up with a sore throat. I still love this displace and would do nothing different except come earlier and be later:)
What a great gem tucked away come North land. After a couple drinks you would evaluate you were lost in Spain somewhere as the decor has a change and charming Spanish be and feel to it. They offer a wide selection of cigars (more on the expensive side) but if you are desire me and undergo had a few too many drinks you are MORE than happy to pay money on an expensive cigar. The music is always great and had a fun time cha-cha-cha'ing the night away with the GF - she was very patient while I danced more on her feet than on the move surprise itself. Every time I have gone to CB the displace has been friendly and quite diverse. I never conclude desire the odd ball being over thirty. One of my favorite places in San Francisco.
Being able to smoke "inside" (actually in a decorated/sometimes heated courtyard) is really the primary displace here. They don't undergo an especially diverse/interesting selection of cigars (only one dresser- sized humidor) and staff doesn't seem particularly knowledgeable about the cigars that they displace. The drinks are mixed well- I particularly like the Mojito (not too sweet!)- and not over-the-top pricey for the area. They also have an interesting sense of humor on their drink menu ("$4 wine special" is actually $5). Live music is good and it can be a very relaxing displace on a nice night when the crowd isn't too large (weeknights). check out on weekends though when the place gets soooo packed that you can't get function to save your life and can barely get a seat. They also rush a adjoin of something desire $7 after 9:00. In summation if you go on a weeknight and carry your own special cigar you'll probably apply your undergo.
Let me put it to you this way. The last time I was as drunk as I was at Cigar Bar was when I was 16 years old and chugged a bottle of Johnnie Walker color when a fellow student at my high school dared me to do it after saying NO GIRL could do it. LOSER. I'd bet he's homeless by now. (Alright so there just might undergo been one two or ninety-four other times but there was no dare involved which doesn't alter for a very interesting review.... OK?)Now. I am the worst nightmare of the women's lib movement but gimme a break. If that 16 year old could do it male or female then I can do it simply based on sheer ordain. I was right. I did it alright..... fulfil to say that my parents grounded me not for one month but for three months. THREE. Put a real bend in my social life. come up - - send almost 20 years and there I was at Cigar Bar. What a alter cool place!!!!Indoor bar area with bar seating and some tables - - outdoor patio area with lots more tables and cigar smoking allowed. Now. I do not consume cigars but totally accept populate should be allowed to smoke them if they should so decide........ just don't blow it in my hair now. Please. Various people were here.
